Red Thread Circle Community Experience
with Shiloh Sophia, Founder of Musea
and guest, Amy Ahlers

RSVP for Instant Access!

Thank you to all who attended this wonderful community call. The video is now available for you to watch immediately!

During this experience we...

  • Discover the tools of resilience in your own story
  • Give language to the gifts you are already carrying
  • Consciously bring Red Thread into your medicine basket
  • Choose to be someone that others can turn to in challenging times
  • Experience red thread connection with hundreds of other women

The metaphor of the Medicine Basket is rooted in the idea that healers, physicians and care-givers come bringing things with them, to those in need. Doctors have a medicine bag, some of us have a magic napsack, women of the Celtic tradition I come from bring a basket of magic along with them. If you don't know what you are carrying with you to offer, this is a powerful chance to take a deeper look.

All of us carry gifts, we may not know what they are called our how to translate them into things we can give to others, yet. In our community we believe you are bringing deep medicine with you from your life experience. This is your chance to articulate that.

I have carried a 'basket' since my early twenties with me everywhere I go. If you have been with me in person, you have seen this basket :) In it you will almost always find a rock or shell, a ball of red thread, chocolate, water, essential oils, and a notebook and pens among other oddities that find their way there. In a moment's notice I can set up an altar, make beauty, and offer simple gifts of connection.

I would love the women in my community to be empowered to do the same.

“Knowing what must be done does away with fear.” - Rosa Parks

Our world is in a precarious place, is it not? The medicine women and priestesses of our time are being called forth, out of the shadows, to gather the women and men. You are needed. It's time to circle up, share stories and curate future generations.

Ask yourself this question - Will you be the one receiving the support or the one giving the support? Will you step just beyond the threshold now and be healed enough to gather others, or will you be the one needing to be gathered? Let those who are able, to rise up and call their circles. You don't need to be a rockstar or have all your stuff in a pile - you just need to share that love you already have in 'form'.

I hope you will join me,
