She carries me, she carries me, She carries me to the other side. She is a boat, she is a light, High on a hill, in dark of night, She is a wave, she is the deep, She is the dark where angels sleep. Where all is still and peace abides She carries me, to the other side.

She carries me, she carries me, She carries me to the other side. She is a boat, she is a light, High on a hill, in dark of night, She is a wave, she is the deep, She is the dark where angels sleep. Where all is still and peace abides She carries me, to the other side.

Join musician, Jennifer Berezan and artist, Shiloh Sophia, for a nourishing experience exploring our relationship with the earth, re-mothering, and self nurturing.

A time of healing just for you... If you have felt burdened or like you are carrying too much, join us for this time of rest and creativity. This nuturing experience is designed to be soothing, inspiring, and to foster resilence.

Each of our guests are invited to join us on a journey to discover our interior wisdom and natural sources of healing, joy and wellbeing. Through sacred song and creative expression we evoke healing energies that can carry us through the challenges we may be facing to a sense of peace and renewal.

We are living in challenging times and many of us are holding grief, anxiety and fear in our hearts and bodies. This class provides an opportunity to transform challenging emotions and mind-states through song, painting, and gentle ritual. Creativity and sisterhood is a pathway to resilience, and gathering in circle is medicine for the soul.

In the sacred place that song and gentle movement brings to our bodies, we work with paint on canvas to create an intuitive image of being carried, held, and embraced by the mother. However you envision her- the earth, a relationship you have with the feminine Divine, or her presence as the matrix of life.

Our painting focuses first on using the elements of earth, air, fire, water, cosmos and shimmer to create a background. Then we work together to bring a healing image of the feminine onto the canvas. No painting experience is needed - don't worry, this is for beginners and skilled artisans alike.

Imagine weaving singing with painting, how wonderful does that sound? We think it sounds delicous and cannot wait to share this experience with you.

Both Jennifer and Shiloh Sophia have been teaching for over 25 years and gathering women into circle and the sacred. They are bringing their gifts together for their mutual communities. This special gathering is intended to uplift our spirits, nurture our bodies, and move energy that is stuck.

Each of our guests are inviting you to journey in song with us...to heal...to connect...to move through our interior layers to the deepest place we can find within. We are journeying to experience the place where peace abides and to explore that peace. We allow ourselves to be carried to the other side of where we have been.

There is a lot going on in the world and in our bodies that can weigh us down, and at times make it hard to find the way through. This class holds a chance to move to a new place through creativity, sisterhood, and gentle ritual. We move the energy from where it has been to a new and whole place.

Are you feeling excited, and perhaps a little bit nervous? Maybe you don't think of yourself as a singer or a painter.

Well, we have good news. You don’t need any singing or art experience to participate - you will be guided step by step towards your creation that will hold the energy of what you are carrying. Your painting will be the record to put on your altar. We work through our fears and move into the flow of beauty that women create together.

In this class you will experience...

  • Singing songs to soothe the soul
  • Access to a deep place of abiding peace and practice

To experience a little bit of the beauty that Jennifer brings to the world...

Dear Ones,

The two of us taught a class together 17 years ago in Mendocino! And we were called to bring our gifts back together again for our mutual communities. We hope you will enjoy this experience which is lighting up our own hearts.

We loved the idea of imagining hundreds of women gathered online, creating a truly quantum connection across the globe. We included a time of prayer for the earth, to send and receive love.

While we work in different mediums, both of us have served women in the capacity of self expression for most of our lives. When we bring the two of us and our gifts together, the result is nothing but magic!

With great heart,

Shiloh Sophia and Jennifer Berezan

And though I walk, through valleys deep, And shadows chase me in my sleep, On rocky cliffs, I stand alone. I have no name, I have no home, With broken wings, I long to fly. She carries me, to the other side.

A thousand arms, a thousand eyes A thousand ears to hear my cries, She is the gate, she is the door, She leads me through and back once more, When day has dawned and death is nigh She'll carry me to the other side.

She carries me, she carries me, She carries me to the other side.
