Will you answer? Let's answer together! Come Light the Fuse of your Muse through a unique painting and writing experience with Shiloh Sophia. 

Join Shiloh Sophia to explore the heart of intuitive access with a focus on sensuality, engaging with the body through playful gentle writing and painting the erotic. Together we will create a ‘book’ of writings and paintings inspired by your Muse. We will be diving into our experience of the body, and let the body speak to us in new ways.

Often we don’t know what we know… through Intentional Creativity you will gain access to deeper wisdom, knowing and feeling. 

Intuitive Writing and Painting in the company of great hearted women sounds like a fun day! Add cake and it's a party! 

We will gather in Red Thread Circle to experience our community coming together. No skill needed, you can't get this wrong. "A FRESH NEW APPROACH TO ACCESS!"

Treat youself to a day with the Muse! 

Our experience includes...

  • Intuitive Writing: Experience new freedom with your body's voice - what message wants to come through? What story does your body want to tell? Don't worry, this isn't for those who think of themselves as writers...this is something new! 
  • Intentional Creativity Painting process : Allow the flow state to guide you to intuitive inner information waiting to come to the surface. This experience will call it forth! You don't need to know how to paint, this isn't about skill, but about how painting impacts the brain, heart and hands. We will paint on watercolor paper with acrylics.
  • Sisterhood Connection : Gather with like-hearted sisters to connect red threads. To feel the power of sisters on the path. Many of us will have ne never even but but because we are a part of the Intentional Creativity Community, we will experience the beauty of bonding.  
  • All Materials are included: Bring your own paint brushes, a colorful scarf, Sunglasses and 2 of your favorite books with text and or images. 
  • Enjoy: We will have a lunch break and go into town as part of our process for a feast. Lunch is no-host, please bring cash for easy shared lunch check experience :), about $50.

About Shiloh Sophia:

Shiloh Sophia lives life as a great adventure narrated by the creative fire of her Muse! She has been painting, writing poetry, publishing books, and teaching at universities, the United Nations, and in her own programs around the world for over twenty years. Her soul work is inspired by the idea that self-expression is a basic human ability and that each person has a right to know how they think and feel, and the freedom to express themselves in the world. Her research and development around this idea has focused on serving women and girls through giving them access to methods of transformational art-making through stories, symbols, and inquiry.  

She is the co-curator and founder of the Intentional Creativity Foundation (ICF) and Cosmic Cowgirls, a woman and girl owned organization, that serves between 500 and 5000 women a month. ICF and Cosmic Cowgirls provide revolutionary education, made available both online and on-location. The school, inn, and museum are located in Sonoma County, California and is called MUSEA Sophia. Shiloh Sophia also founded a Teacher Training, Color of Woman, which certifies women to teach Intentional Creativity worldwide. Currently there are close to 200 teachers in the lineage who are part of the Intentional Creativity Guild. Shiloh has taught her work at Universities in global PhD and Masters programs, bringing the technology of Intentional Creativity into academia. She has also presented her work and research at the United Nations four years in a row at UNCSW. Shiloh has published many books on creativity, including coloring books and journals, and has illustrated books and decks including the Mother Mary Oracle with Alana Fairchild and Hard Times Require Furious Dancing for Alice Walker. Her most recent book, Tea with the Midnight Muse, features twenty years of poetry as invocation, along with inquiries to spark your Muse fuse! Shiloh lives in the vineyard-lined hills with her husband, Jonathan, who is also a poet and artist.
