For 27 years I have practiced painting as a form of healing and shared it with tens of thousands of women around the world. I am an artist who has studied the impacts of creativity as a transformational catalyst and sought to develop what I discovered into teachings called Intentional Creativity. The way I practice has been passed down for over a 100 years and now we have passed it to children in our community.
